CREATIVITY, THE BIGGEST CHALLENGE OF A COMMUNITY MANAGER

Create images, edit videos, make copy, create content, create strategies, perform analysis, manage ads... In short, these are some of my daily tasks, some with greater complexity and many others not; the difficulty lies in the fact that some days creativity is not at its peak; in addition to other external factors that also influence this activity; However, I love what I do!

In fact, my constant challenge as a community manager is to be able to generate content of value from its form and substance, without falling into repetition, and it is not easy; so I try to be reading, watching documentaries, movies and doing things different from everyday life to inspire me, in fact, facing a blank canvas in illustrator is a challenge every day, because even though I have all the content, the design also exerts an important level of influence before a like; definitely, creating is a magical and demanding time at the same time.

Now, in the process I have been able to realize that the maximum provider of inspiration and creativity for me, are the companies and ventures that transmit passion when they talk about their brand, is to connect with the ideas of the creator of the project, this makes the process easier, is to avoid a thousand meetings for changes, is simply to move forward to the implementation of strategies.

Definitely, the whole process of network management can be limited when the project is not clear, when there is no vibrant passion in the being, who transmits what is the brand.

Do you have a project, a company, a brand, a service and you are not able to promote your social networks?

On many occasions it is because you have not managed to transmit the essence of what your brand is to the audience through your content and on other occasions it is because you have not applied strategies that lead you to be more visible.

In fact, if you had to define your project in one sentence, what would it be?

Most of the time we come across clients where the answer is no, that's why, no matter how many times they apply visibility strategies, they don't manage to get the reach they want, because they simply haven't known how to transmit what they are with their content.
